The series captures the lives of 6 engineering college students and their Hostel Life. Peppered with absurdities, chutzpahs, clashes and debacles inherent to hostel life, 'Hostel Daze' depicts the grill that every Indian hostel-resident goes through. The show is brutally honest in its depiction of the hostel life of the soon-to-be men in the campus and their travails with academics, women, unexplored sexuality and the tiffs with each other. In the 3rd Season they also deal with real life dilemmas such as exploring new relationships, watching senior graduates, college elections, changing group dynamics etc. This series also adopts a narrative told through the eyes of experienced senior making it stand out from the earlier seasons
