In 2009, Waltz received the Academy, SAG, BAFTA, Golden Globe and Cannes Film Festival awards for his portrayal of Nazi Colonel Hans Landa in Tarantino’s Inglorious Bastards. Waltz won his second Academy Award for his performance in Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained.
