A 19-year-old engineering student brutally murders a cab driver. Despite it being an "open-and-shut" case, Kashaf accepts it and gradually uncovers the intent behind the murder. LN Khanna's granddaughter Shubhangi joins Deepak's team against her cousin Shubhrat's wishes. An SMS that could tarnish the reputation of Justice Quaze, Kashaf's father, goes viral.

Episode 3: Water
Deepak takes on the defense of a cola company that is being accused of causing severe drought in a village in Maharashtra, while Kashaf and Vandana serve as the opposing counsel. Under pressure from Bhalla, Deepak hires a private investigator to dig up potential dirt on Justice Quaze. Deepak and Shubhangi become romantically involved. Shubhrat finds a way to tarnish Deepak's reputation at KKA.

A group of music directors decides to file a case against a person who built a piece of software that can create new songs by using the music from existing songs. Kashaf organizes a press conference to prove her father innocent. During the music case, Deepak tries to mend his relationship with Kashaf, and Abhijeet takes notice. Ria and Shubhrat make their first move to take down Deepak.

Deepak gives Shubhangi her first independent case: the defense of a self-driving car manufacturer being faulted for an accident. A jealous Abhijeet spews venom against Deepak. Kashaf asks her mother about an incident from the past, which upsets her. Ria travels to Himachal to investigate the Bhalla case. Shubhangi sees Deepak and Kashaf together, which breaks her heart.

Episode 7: Deep Waters
Deepak's brother-in-law seeks his help in a case involving an agent at a private security company who committed suicide. Deepak takes the case to Kashaf and Vandana while LN Khanna and Shubhangi defend the private security company in the MP court. Bhalla warns Deepak to put an end to Ria's investigation. Shubhrat finds a way to get Deepak kicked out of KKA.

Episode 8: Plan Your Baby
A couple accuses an IVF clinic of giving them an embryo with a genetic defect because of which their child would be born with a disability. Kashaf summons the strength to face the demons from her past. Deepak goes back to his village to find out more about Bhalla's past. One of Bhalla's powerful allies gets involved in the case. Parvathy gives Deepak a sensational piece of news about Quaze.

Episode 9: Alola
Shubhangi takes on a case filed by her friends against a dating app for its manipulation of consumers. Shubhrat convinces Dilraj and Shamsher to oust Deepak from KKA. Justice Quaze receives a threatening letter. He tells Kashaf about it and also warns her that Deepak is representing the wrong kind of people. Kashaf questions Deepak about the letter.

Episode 10: Guilt
Kashaf receives some horrifying information and leaves the Quaze family's house. Deepak goes to Mumbai to look for a childhood friend who might have more information about the Bhalla case. Shubhrat calls for a vote by KKA's partners on whether Deepak should be ousted. Quaze gets another threat, this time with an injury. The final verdict for the Bhalla case is out, and so is its aftermath.
