Film and television actress Adria Arjona is quickly becoming a household name. Next month, Arjona stars as the female lead in Netflix’s highly anticipated heist film Triple Frontier, directed by J.C. Chandor with an original screenplay by Mark Boal. Arjona stars opposite Oscar Isaac, Garrett Hedlund, Pedro Pascal and Charlie Hunnam in an ensemble led by Ben Affleck. Arjona plays the role of Yovanna.
Adding to her television credits, Arjona appears in the Amazon Original series Good Omens, adapted from the novel by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. She plays Anathema Device, a practical occultist, alongside David Tennant and Michael Sheen. The show will launch globally on Prime Video on May 31st, 2019.

Arjona stars opposite Ryan Reynolds, Ben Hardy, Melanie Laurent, Corey Hawkins and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo in the film, which follows six billionaires who fake their deaths and form an elite vigilante squad to take down notorious criminals.
Arjona is currently in production on Sony’s Morbius, an adaptation of the Marvel Spider-Man comic spin-off “Morbius: The Living Vampire.” Arjona stars as the female lead opposite Jared Leto. Morbius is scheduled for a global release in July 2020.
In 2018, Arjona appeared alongside Scott Eastwood, Jing Tian and John Boyega in Steven S. DeKnight’s blockbuster Pacific Rim Uprising, the sequel to Guillermo del Toro’s 2013 film. The Universal Pictures film hit theaters March 23rd and debuted at # 1 in the box office. She also appeared in New Line Cinema’s Life of The Party, as sorority sister Amanda in the Melissa McCarthy comedy with an ensemble including Julie Bowen, Gillian Jacobs, Debby Ryan, Maya Rudolph and Chris Parnell.
In 2016, Arjona was in the James Gunn-penned MGM horror film The Belko Experiment, opposite John Gallagher Jr. and Tony Goldwyn.
Previous television credits include NBC’s epic fantasy drama series Emerald City, where Arjona starred as Dorothy Gale opposite Vincent D’Onofrio. Arjona also guest-starred on CBS’s Unforgettable and Person of Interest, as well as Netflix’s Narcos. She gained further recognition in her role as Emily on HBO’s True Detective opposite Vince Vaughn, Colin Farrell, Rachel McAdams and Taylor Kitsch.
Arjona was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Mexico City. Her father, Ricardo Arjona, is a renowned singer-songwriter in Latin America, who she often toured with growing up. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
