Descrição dos episódios

101 - Becoming 100% That Bitch

Multi-platinum Music Icon Lizzo is in search of her next group of BIG GRRRL dancers as she heads into her 2022 tour. 13 hopefuls arrive in Hollywood, CA, but only ten will make it into the Big Grrrls house to train with Lizzo's team and audition for a chance to take center stage with the musical legend herself.

102 - HBCYOU Band

Ten tour hopefuls arrive in the BIG GRRRLS house as they continue their journey of auditioning for a chance to go on tour with Lizzo, though an ankle injury threatens one. The morning begins with the dancers being awakened by the LANGSTON UNIVERSITY Marching Band, who they will perform "Good as Hell" with in their first event to be judged by Lizzo and the legendary choreographer Tanisha Scott.

103 - Curves and Confidence

After the release of her new single "Rumors," Lizzo surprises the group during their dance rehearsal with OG BIG GRRRL Chawnta' Van. In an attempt to get these dancers to embrace their curves with confidence she sets up a sensual class with body movement expert Rashida Khanbey. Lizzo announces the girls will be creating and starring in their own music videos to Missy Elliott's "We Run This".

104 - Naked

In this emotional episode Lizzo encourages the girls to break through the negativity and past body trauma by embracing their curves fully through a nude photo shoot, but not all the dancers are comfortable with shedding their clothes and exposing the skin they're in. For their big event the group learns lyrical choreography to Lizzo's new single, "Naked".

105 - Mirror Mirror on the Wall

Lizzo sends her full glam team to work with the girls for the Stage Persona Event to see how the GRRRLS can stand out on stage. Lizzo wants to see each girl change their look and step out of their comfort zone while performing to "Truth Hurts", but when tensions in the house spill over to the stage, a truth is revealed to Lizzo and an unexpected decision takes all of the GRRRLS by surprise.

106 - Girl Run That Shit Back

Performing on any stage can be dangerous, but it is even moreso when pyros and special effects are involved. Lizzo puts the Big GRRRLS to the test with the Elements Event dancing to "Juice". Anything can happen on stage and a performer needs to be able to handle it all. When Tanisha Scott is concerned not all the girls will be able to handle the show, four of them end up dancing for their lives.

107 - Boss Up and Change Your Life

With Bonnaroo days away, Lizzo is forced to face a hard truth, some of the hopeful Big GRRRLS might not be ready to perform on stage with her. Challenged to raise their stamina, the GRRRLS train to prepare for life on the stage. In their final rehearsal they join the OG BIG GRRRLS and Lizzo and Tanisha have to make the tough decision about who will and who will not be joining her at Bonnaroo.

108 - Good As Hell

When an unexpected event shatters Lizzo’s Bonnaroo debut, the Big GRRRLS are left wondering what is next. Rolling with the punches, Lizzo reveals to the GRRRLS their new performance plan. It’s time for the GRRLS to show out one last time as she makes her final decisions on which GRRRLs will join her on tour and which GRRRLs will be left behind.
