In 2001, Mollà made his Hollywood debut in the critically acclaimed Blow opposite Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz, as Colombian drug smuggler Diego Delgado. He followed this in 2003, with Michael Bay’s comedy crime thriller Bad Boys Ii, opposite Martin Lawrence and Will Smith.
