What is worse for a pure Marseillais than losing the Champions Cup, the pride of an entire people? Perhaps having to pretend to be a Parisian within the capital itself to recover it. This is the challenge of Sami (Ahmed Sylla), a kid with a big heart, who will have to infiltrate a hostile environment and manipulate Lisa (Alice Belaïdi), a typical Parisian. Apparently, everything opposes them, she is inaccessible, charming and always in a hurry. Unless Sami falls in love with the capital...

A lighthearted and heartwarming journey of self-discovery that takes place in real iconic stadiums with the rivalry of two real top football clubs in the background.

Classico, is a new Amazon Original comedy, written and directed by Nathanaël Guedj and Adrien Piquet-Gauthier, with Ahmed Sylla, Hakim Jemili and Alice Belaïdi. The film will also feature many actors such as Elie Semoun, Redouane Bougheraba, Paul Mirabel, Mohamed Ketfi, Guilaine Londez, Jean-Baptiste Maunier, Oxmo Puccino, Virgile Bramly and Denis Podalydès, member of the Comédie Française.

The adaptation and the dialogues are signed Nathanaël Guedj, Adrien Piquet-Gauthier and Mathieu Oullion.

Classico is produced by Federation Entertainment & Yvette Production and will launch exclusively on Prime Video and in over 240 territories on October 28, 2022.
