Against all odds, Javier and Felipe have created an unconventional but happy family with the two of them co-parenting their two daughters, Sol and Luna, for the last 10 years. Both girls are healthy, happy and have clear aspirations in life. Sol dreams of becoming a singer while Luna, much to her fathers’ dismay, is already a fledgling pyrotechnician. However, this harmony is suddenly thrown off balance when the girls are suspended from school for fighting with a classmate, who made fun of them for not having a mother. Felipe and Javier knew this day would come, but have no idea how to find their girls a mom. Their old friend Catalina cryptically tells them they already know the solution. Javier and Felipe take this to mean they should choose between their girlfriends and agree that Sol and Luna for be the ones to decide who is the best mom.
