Before Paper Girls, Camryn Jones landed the series regular role on the ABC comedy pilot Steps playing Maeve, the sister to Cameron Boyce, in one of his final roles. Jones’ work can currently be seen in recurring roles on several acclaimed TV series such as the EPIX drama Perpetual Grace, where Jones portrays the innocent magician Theresa. She can also be seen in Ava Duvernay’s Cherish the Day anthology on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN Network as young Esther. Jones, born in Houston, TX, had a love for dance and a natural ability to captivate an audience that led her to pursue acting at six. Shortly after being signed, she landed several national and local commercials for notable brands such as Home Depot, Toyota, and UPS.
Besides acting, she is a trained competitive dancer skilled in multiple styles, having won national awards in group and solo routines. She also enjoys playing video games, reading, traveling, and hanging out with her family and friends. She is the middle child of two sisters.
