Sepulveda’s inspiration is pulled from her Colombian and Mexican heritages, with American classics. She loves to cook savory and sweet; whether a flame-broiled birria or dulce de leche macarons, Sepulveda does it all. This chef is gluten intolerant and prefers to eat a gluten-free diet; however, she cooks everything! Ideally, all of her dishes would be gluten-free, but she doesn’t want to sacrifice flavor in the competition.
