Mulroney is best known for starring roles in commercial and critical hits My Best Friend’s Wedding, The Family Stone and August: Osage County. Mulroney has worked with many Hollywood’s most acclaimed directors, including significant roles in Alexander Payne’s About Schmidt, David Fincher’s Zodiac, and Clint Eastwood’s J. Edgar.

Mulroney is currently executive producing, narrating and composing the music for a Podcast Western called Wicked West with Blumhouse.

Recent television credits include the Amazon original Homecoming, Showtime’s Shameless and FX’s American Horror Story. Mulroney continues to appear on Netflix’s Arrested Development and ABC’s Station 19. He will next appear in the Netflix series Old Story (FKA Messiah), and the HBO series The Righteous Gemstones. On the feature side, he recently wrapped a lead role opposite Gary Oldman in the independent feature The Courier.
