Gesine Bullock-Prado is an acclaimed pastry chef and baking instructor, teaching at her own baking school, Sugar Glider Kitchen, and the King Arthur Baking School. She’s the author of one baking memoir, five baking cookbooks, and the upcoming cookbook, My Vermont Table. She’s the host of Food Network’s Baked in Vermont and a frequent baking competition judge. Gesine lives in Vermont in a historic 18th Century tavern and farm along with her husband, Raymond, and a host of animals.
