Cast Detail: Henry Lloyd-Hughes

British actor Henry Lloyd-Hughes is currently starring in Netflix’s 2021 dystopian series The Irregulars as a reimagined version of Sherlock Holmes who, with Doctor Watson, manipulates a gang of misfits into solving crimes with a supernatural edge in Victorian London. Lloyd-Hughes also starred as DS Nathan Rose in the AMC/Alibi serial killer thriller Ragdoll.  

Lloyd-Hughes first established himself as school bully Mark Donavan in the 2008 cult classic series The Inbetweeners and the subsequent first feature film. He appeared in the British drama film Unrelated with Tom Hiddleston, the HBO/BBC award-winning mini-series Parade’s End, and starred in the 2015 Channel 4’s original drama series Indian Summers about British soldiers and officials seeking to end British rule in India.

In 2018, he appeared in BBC One’s television adaptation of Les Misérables as Pontmercy alongside Josh O’Connor, Lily Collins, Dominic West and Olivia Colman. In 2019, Lloyd-Hughes starred in series two of BAFTA-winning Killing Eve as Aaron Peel, a psychotic, cryptic tech millionaire later discovered to be the season’s villain.

Other notable credits include Netflix’s The English Game, American heist thriller Now You See Me 2 and Joe Wright’s Oscar-winning Anna Karenina.
